NovoMar is a vertically integrated seafood company based in Miami, Florida, providing a range of seafood products & services. From importing and distribution of seafood, to processing and value adding, we strive to make healthy proteins available for the North American market.

NovoMar was founded in 2012 with the purpose to strengthen the market share of European farm raised Atlantic Salmon in the US. Over the past decade the company became one of the largest importers of Atlantic Salmon in the country, with major foodservice and retail customers reliant on our abilities and success. We have taken the next step forward, by investing in our own processing and value-added production facility in Miami, Florida.

In 2022 we launched our brand NOVO, which entered the US retail market with value added Salmon, Mahi-Mahi and Cape Hake items. We have developed a core range of products, while continuously developing seasonal items. With the investment into our own processing facility in Miami, FL we will increase our level of production control and optimize our costs to offer our customers the best possible deals available.
